Section "SKIF"
Founded in 1976 by Fyodor Popov. Its climbs include Peak Lenin via Lipkin Rocks (1978) and the "golden" route on Peak Svobodnaya Korea, with first places in All-Union championships.

Section "Khan-Tengri" (Tokmok)
Founded in 1975 by Georgy Guber in Tokmok. By 1990, the club had over 40 members, including five CMS.

Section "Spartak"
Founded in 1973 by Vladimir Biryukov. The club climbed Peak Lenin from the south side, Peak Pobedy (1981), Peak Kommunizma (1983) and made the first ascent of Peak Rapasov (6814 m, 1988).

Section "Selmashievets"
Founded in 1972 by Valery Denisov. In 1988 Denisov led an expedition to Khan-Tengri – the first ascent via the centre of the East Face.

Section "Polytechnik" (The Polytechnic)
Founded in 1969 by Anatoly Tustukbaev. At its peak, Polytechnik was the largest mountaineering club in the entire republic and organized expeditions to 7,000-meter peaks.

Section "Instrumentalshchik" (The Toolmaker)
Founded in 1958 by Vladimir Aksyonov. Three of its members earned the Snow Leopard title, and seven became Candidates for Master of Sports of the USSR in mountaineering.

Section "Osh"
Founded in 1947 by Borivoy Marecek, Vladimir Freifeld and Igor Naumenko. The club climbed Peak Lenin (1960), Peak Korzhenevskogo, Peak Kyzyl-Agyn and many other summits.

Section "Przhevalsk"
Founded in 1942 by Borivoy Marecek, the club focused on mass participation and made over two dozen first ascents of Grades 1-3 difficulty in the Terskey Alatoo range.
